10 Golden Rules for Total Wellness

Thursday, October 6 at 7:00 PM

During this presentation, Ana Quiroga will explain when, how and what to eat in order to achieve optimal health.

By addressing the root cause of disease rather than just the symptoms a functional medicine practitioner can offer a patient-centered approach to wellness restoration.

Meet Ana Quiroga

Ana’s journey into the world of wellness started when she first moved to Asia.  In many ways that single life event triggered something in her and made her the person, she is today.

Hard to believe that a yoga studio could change one’s lifestyle.  Ana was a yoga student back then, but she never really practiced consistently. Thanks to the inspiration, guidance and wisdom of teachers, experts and peers today she is a yoga instructor and she understands yoga as a way of life and transformation. She discovered that by practicing yoga, she can ground her vatta mind.

It was also in Asia that she was introduced to Reiki healing for the very first time.  She was skeptical at first, but after experiencing the different levels of Reiki healing, her heart knew this was her life purpose and her path: to help heal. Using this Japanese technique she can heal and be healed by using the energy which surrounds us everywhere in the universe.

As she learned more about Reiki and yoga, Ana developed the desire to continue learning and sharing this knowledge.  She later entered the world of Ayurveda, aromatherapy, meditation, and Functional Medicine and they are all part of who she has become and the foundation for the things she teaches, shares, and practices.

Ana’s greatest satisfaction comes from teaching others how to live a healthy, happy, and balanced life.
